Mr. Collins grew up in Franklin and has practiced law since 1988. His experience has covered nearly every practice area, but now he limits his work to real estate closings, mediations, and estate administrations. He is a Certified Mediator, available to mediate your equitable distribution matters in Civil Superior cases.

Ward M. Collins

Ward also is a native of Franklin. He joined the firm in 2016 and has built a thriving general practice of law. Most of his work is in the courtroom, representing small businesses and individuals in civil litigation. Ward also defends individuals facing certain criminal cases in state court.

Tracy, a seasoned Legal Assistant with over three decades in Civil Litigation, specializes in estate planning and criminal matters. She enjoys singing with Mountain Voices Choir and volunteering in equine therapy.
