Ward M. Collins
Ward grew up in Franklin, North Carolina. He is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill and received a BA in Economics in 2010 and his Juris Doctor in 2016. He joined the firm in 2016 and has since enjoyed a wide-ranging practice. Most of his practice is spent in the courtroom litigating criminal and civil cases. He also advises small business owners and property owners’ associations on various issues. Most importantly, he enjoys what he does and adapting to the challenges of unique cases.
His practice areas encompass Criminal Law (Felonies and Misdemeanors), Custody disputes, POA/HOA Law, Foreclosures, Estate Disputes, and Civil Litigation.
When he is out of the office, Ward teaches high school and college students at Southwestern Community College. For fun, he enjoys the outdoors and visiting friends – just like everyone else.
